In the year 2010, Lakshmi Machine Works (LMW) added to their formidable manufacturing resources, a new plant to produce critical components and sub-assemblies for Aerospace industry.
LMW - Advanced Technology Centre (ATC) is a one stop solution to the Aerospace customer. In terms of infrastructure and capability, ATC has world class facilities includes Quality Assurance aligning to AS9100 D certification and NADCAP for special process viz Chemical Process, NDT, Welding and Heat treatment totalling more than 25 special processes. ATC has tied up projects with major OEMs & Tier 1’s in US, Europe and various divisions of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited as well as Defence Research Development Organization.

About us
Aerospace Composites facility is built-up as a comprehensive and self-contained facility encompassing activities from raw material storage & testing to final assembly of composite structural products. Covering an area of 7450 square metres, the facility is tuned to produce composite structural products for space and aviation sectors. ATC composites facility has been accredited with AS 9100D certification and efforts are on to get NADCAP certification by Nov 2021.
The facility has two clean rooms – 6-metre-high clean room of ISO class 8 (convertible to ISO class 7) and 12-metre-high clean room of ISO class 8. The facility also has high assembly bay of 1870 square metres. The facility is sized to manufacture composite structural products and assemble large structures to meet the space and aviation requirements.
